It is a condition when joining us at IWIB Coffee Club - everyone attending must purchase a Coffee, Tea or other drink on arrival - Kwik Kopy have organised a Coffee Van for you to purchase your drink on arrival! 

No "Walk Ins" on the day - BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL for our COVID requirements 

PLEASE NOTE:   If you are an individual subscriber you get 1 attending at no charge... INDIVIDUAL subscribers with more than 1 attending must pay the non-subscribers rate for all other people attending

Corporate subscribers are allowed 4 attending at no charge.

Subscribers are still required to purchase their beverage on arrival

IWIB Coffee Club is networking in a relaxed and informal environment - just networking over a cuppa!  At IWIB Coffee Club you will be surrounded by women (& men) who mean business!

You don't have to be an IWIB Subscriber (our members) to attend!

BOOKINGS are ESSENTIAL and will close once we reach our number requirements (with COVID requirements we have a number limit) 

NO WALK INS on the day sorry - you must be booked in to attend.

Business Networking Lunch event - start time

Please note our IWIB Business Networking Lunch event arrival time is 12noon. We need everyone to arrive at 12noon in order to hand out name badges. ALSO arriving at 12noon not only gives you more time for open networking - it also allows us to start the event on time and to help you get back to work on time after the event.

No Advertising or promotional materials on tables at meetings thanks

One of the benefits of being a subsciber of IWIB is to be able to place your business cards, brochures, flyers, advertising and promotional products (pens etc) on the "IWIB Subscribers Promotional Table" at IWIB lunch events. NO advertising materials or promotional products are to be left on the dining tables at IWIB events - they must be placed on the "IWIB Subscribers Promotional Table" before the start of the event. Please arrive early in order to do this.....please take any materials you have left on the tables as your valuable printing will be placed in the recycling after the event.

Ticket Refunds & Exchanges once booked

Tickets to IWIB Events are non-refundable, however you may transfer your ticket to another date, with over 48hrs cancellation notice (we have to give final numbers & pay the venue by that time).  Please email events@iwib.com.au to arrange cancellation and transfer of your ticket to another event.
